Junior CRM Executive

Your Influential Mission: You Will…

  • Create promotional assets.
  • Support the execution of the day-to-day tasks outlined in the CRM Plan.
  • Assist in planning, analysing, optimizing, and maintaining CRM cycles.
  • Brief promotional campaigns, write content for onsite materials, terms and conditions, and CRM communications.
  • Support the management of Player Journeys within the back-office system, bonuses set up, and performance review.
  • Support promotion performance data analysis to provide recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Provide second-line support to the Customer Services Team, handling operational escalations.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Promotions teams to ensure smooth delivery of promotional communications to customers.
  • Support the Digital Marketing team to deliver product-focused marketing activities to achieve the required financial KPIs, including copywriting/ad hoc tasks.
  • Support the Product team to look for improvements in our product offering.

  • Have high motivation and a willingness to learn.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal/influencing skills.
  • Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Have strong creative writing skills to support the brands’ vision and style.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
  • Have an excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Possess strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Have basic knowledge of HTML (preferred).
  • Have experience within the online bingo or online casino industry (preferred).
  • Have day-to-day bingo/casino campaign/promotional knowledge (preferred).
  • Have knowledge of back-office systems like IMS (preferred).
