Junior CRM Campaign Specialist

We are seeking a Junior CRM Campaign Specialist to join our dynamic team at Better Collective. As a Junior CRM Campaign Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing targeted campaigns to engage and retain our customers.

In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling email and marketing campaigns that drive customer loyalty and increase retention rates. You will also analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and ensure maximum effectiveness.

Job description:

• E2E implementation of HubSpot and OneSignal
• Day to day campaign execution and management
• Work with Digital Intelligence Team to constantly optimise campaigns
• Problem solving and troubleshooting in CRM/Marketing Automation
• Ensure marketing data quality and hygiene
• Monthly Reporting for all brands
