KORRES is looking for a dynamic, self-motivated Junior Credit Controller to join our Credit Control & Treasury team. You will be working in a challenging international environment which embraces continuous learning and growth alongside a dynamic team of experienced professionals.
Your scope of work entails:
· Monitoring of open account balances
· Posting of receipts and payments in the respective ERP (SAP)
· Issuance of invoices in the respective ERP (SAP)
· Implementation of credit control processes
· Effective cooperation with departments of Customer Support, Sales and Warehouse
· Communication with transportation and courier companies for collection and cash on delivery issues
· Communication with points of sales for settlement of open balances and payments.
Requirements
· 1-2 years of experience in Accounting Department or similar
· University degree in Finance, Business Administration or related field
· Postgraduate studies in relevant field would be considered an asset
· Excellent English language skills (oral and written)
· Advanced MS Office user
· Experience with ERP systems. Familiarity with SAP would be considered as a plus
· Well-developed communication skills with internal & external stakeholders
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
