Junior Creative Project Manager

Reporting to the Integrated Production Director, you will create impact within our Creative and Experience department, a unique fusion of tech enthusiasts, creative minds, and social media experts, all united to empower our clients along their digital journey.

You'll support creative delivery and production by managing projects for a high-profile client in the entertainment and streaming industry.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Help manage the documentation for several social media creative projects, including briefs, budgets, reports and proposals.
• Find and address project risks, evaluating performance and identifying areas for improvement.
• Prioritise tasks, ensuring all deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained.
• Shadow the Integrated Production Director in meetings with the client, to understand their goals and how our creative work delivers on them.
• Use project management tools such as Float and Wrike to track project progress and communicate updates.

• Fluent in both English and Spanish.
• At least 1 year experience in a similar role within a creative or digital marketing agency.
• You love getting to know your client, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
• You can use project management tools to manage time and resources.
• You seek and implement solutions to improve processes.
• When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
