Be ready to work in a multinational, diverse, highly motivated and collaborative team who strives for excellence and like to have fun.  Are you ready for your next ride?

The Junior Creative Project Manager is a newly created role within the Creative & Brand team, designed to oversee and coordinate all non-social media and digital marketing creative projects. This includes managing the production of CRM, OOH, print, TV, radio, and other brand-related assets, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest creative standards.

This role requires a strong project management mindset combined with a solid understanding of the creative production process. The ideal candidate will have experience in an agency or production environment, where they have successfully juggled multiple projects, handled last-minute challenges, and managed demanding stakeholders.

YOUR DAILY ADVENTURES WILL INCLUDE:

Creative Project Planning & Coordination

  • Organize and track all creative projects outside of social media and digital marketing (CRM, OOH, print, TV, radio, etc.).
  • Establish and maintain clear project timelines, deadlines, and workflows to ensure smooth execution.
  • Coordinate tasks, resources, and dependencies across designers, copywriters, production teams, and external vendors.
  • Hold regular planning meetings with stakeholders to align on upcoming projects and proactively address potential roadblocks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and copywriters to develop clear, effective, and feasible creative briefs.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as the main point of contact for all creative production requests from:
    • Local Heads of Marketing (HoMs)
    • Product Marketing Managers (PMMs)
    • B2B teams
    • PR teams (when relevant)
  • Help educate and guide stakeholders on planning ahead, setting realistic expectations, and understanding the creative process.
  • Manage feedback loops to ensure alignment and reduce inefficiencies in the creative review and approval process.
  • Push back when necessary—ensuring that creative projects are properly scoped, resourced, and planned before execution.

Production & Execution Management

  • Oversee the entire creative production process—from briefing to final delivery.
  • Ensure all assets are created to the right specifications, formats, and platform requirements (e.g., OOH placement specs, print file formats, broadcast-ready TV/radio scripts, etc.).
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and last-minute challenges, ensuring smooth execution even under pressure.
  • Work closely with external production houses, media agencies, and creative vendors when necessary.

Process Improvement & Workflow Optimization

  • Help establish best practices and efficient workflows for the creative production process.
  • Create clear documentation and templates to standardize project tracking and briefing.
  • Identify ways to improve planning, communication, and stakeholder involvement to reduce last-minute requests and inefficiencies.
