We are looking for a junior Creative to join our branded content studio team at a really exciting time when we are growing and moving into new spaces. 

You’ll be Creative with more than a leaning to the copy side. You’ll need to write well and adapt across many diverse brands and subject matters. You’ll spend your days here hopping from homes to golf, from fashion to tech, and from long-form to Tik-Tok captions. So you’ll need to be energised by the thought of doing all that writing.

At the same time, you’ll be an ideas person comfortable in the land of big concepts. You’ll have an open personality that succeeds at the centre of a group brainstorming reaching peak volume. 

You’ll have had some exposure to working within a Creative agency, brand content studio or other type of creative team within a business. This might have been as a placement or while studying, or you might be in your first role.

You will have huge potential to succeed in our environment and to grow into a powerhouse Creative. Your writing samples, the questions you bring for us, and the campaigns, branded content and social media creators you can point to as being exciting and aspirational for you are of equal importance as your work experience. 

You will collaborate with our wider creative, planning, and client success teams on all aspects of copy for branded content projects across our brands - from pitch work to live campaigns. 

You will be reporting to our Commercial Editorial Director and help shape and create the content offering by being passionate about storytelling, ideas, and content creation.

What you'll be doing...

This role requires a versatile writer capable of producing a range of content, from pitch ideas to promotional emails, campaign copy and social captions.

You will also actively contribute to brainstorming sessions and come up with innovative campaign ideas meaning you will have your finger on the pulse of cultural happenings, social trends and the wider social landscape to help inform these ideas.

  • You've probably had a blog, created TikToks, and are a regular consumer of social content 
  • Have a level of accuracy and attention to detail in writing copy
  • Generate fun, impactful campaign ideas (that can live across social, off-platform, digital and print, etc)

This is a Hybrid role from our London Paddington Office, working three days from the office, two from home
