About the Role

Media.Monks Milan is looking for a Junior Copywriter to contribute to an amazing team of Creative Monks working for some of the best-in-class automotive clients out there. If you’re keen to work as part of a global team to produce integrated creative work for world-class brands, this job represents the sweet spot. 

Responsibilities:

  • As a Copy Monk at Media.Monks, you’ll wield words, wisdom and wit as you cover everything from social content, radio, TVC, web copy and newsletters to print, display advertising and e-commerce.
  • Quickly switching between 2 different brands, you’ll handle large-scale requests along with single lines of copy.
  • You’ll use data-driven insights to help personalize content across the entire customer journey—from awareness campaigns to e-commerce copy.
  • You’ll contribute to improving our workflows, best practices, and client relationships across brands.

 

About You

The essentials:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Communications/Copywriting. 
  • 1+ year of experience as Copywriter in advertising or agencies.
  • Writing skills which are both clear and compelling.
  • Storytelling skills allowing you to write video ads that leave an impression in as little as 6 seconds, also in English.
  • Attention to detail close to annoying: typos, inconsistencies and questionable punctuation marks have little chance getting past your cursor.
  • Combination of creativity with critical thinking; your analytical approach means you ask the right questions and make sense of complex content and marketing strategies.
  • Openness to constructive feedback loop, you can give and handle critique without making it or taking it personally.
  • A great sense of personal responsibility and eagerly go the extra mile if that’s what it takes to make good great.
  • Team spirit, self-motivation and the ability to think outside the box.
  • Italian mother tongue.
  • Proficient in English.
