About the position :
Reporting to Contract Manager Singapore
You will be joining the Contract & Invoicing team, which consists of 6 members based in Singapore. The team's primary responsibility is managing all financial operations related to contracts and invoices. This includes ensuring the accuracy of client contracts before they are signed for billing purposes, building customized contracts for specific projects, issuing invoices for various revenue models and new products, and addressing post-invoicing client requests that involve contract management, invoicing, payments, accounting, and the processing of credit notes.
As a Contract Executive, you will be involved in key stages after client contract approval and before the invoicing process begins. Your main task will be to ensure the accurate upload of price lines into the Odoo billing system, adhering to internal and external control procedures. You will collaborate closely with the Contract Manager to maintain a seamless flow of information from contract validation to billing configuration. This role requires cross-functional interaction with internal teams such as Finance, Sales/Account Managers, Onboarding, Client Support, Product teams, and office subsidiaries across the group
Key responsibilities :
- Client Contract Management:
- Receive client contracts via opportunities generated in Salesforce CRM.
- Verify the validity of client contracts and register them accordingly.
- Billing Process & Accuracy:
- Convert signed products into billing price lines and collaborate with the Invoice team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
- Create or update client billing accounts in the Odoo system according to the terms of new contracts, maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
- Client Support & Requests:
- Respond to client inquiries related to contract administration, including identifying contracts, retrieving billing history, and tracking specific billing configurations.
- Risk Analysis & Process Improvement:
- Identify and analyse risks or inefficiencies within the billing process.
- Propose and implement improvements to streamline billing procedures and enhance overall process efficiency.

Actively participate in internal projects related to contract and invoice management, including system simplification, digitization, electronic signatures, and migration efforts.
