Junior Content Scheduler

The Digital Signage Content Scheduler is chiefly responsible for coordinating and uploading content, accurately and within agreed timescales to cloud-based Content Management Systems in accordance with instructions from ITG Account Teams and clients.

 

At ITG we handle numerous Digital Signage estates for high profile clients that view our solution as a business ciritical marketing and communications channel. Most estates comprise thousands of screens, strategically playing coordinated and/or dynamic content designed to maximise engagement with their target audience. You will play a key part in ensuring that the right content, is displayed on the right screen at the right time so that these objectives are consistently met.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Manage the accurate scheduling of content to its designated screen and location
  • Manage Schedule assignments to devices
  • Create, Document and review scheduling best practice
  • Work with software CMS providers to explore and implement new ways of working
  • Manage Assets within the CMS DAM
  • Manage standard setup of devices per client and document all settings
  • Work with installers to ensure setup’s are correct and functional via help des
  • Manage asset registry for Store Specific Content
  • Work with Installers to ensure installations are correctly delivered (CMS Only)
  • Resolve and content scheduling issues
  • Work with account team to get correct content updates and set Scheduled SLA’s
  • BAU ticket resolution, responded to and resolved in a timely fashion
  • Report any potential challenges around scheduling

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in digital signage systems and technologies.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues related to digital signage.
  • Experience in system testing and quality assurance.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with different stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of content management systems and digital signage software.
  • Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
  • Experience with scheduling and managing content within digital signage networks.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in the digital signage field.
