Eleks Human Capital Administration is looking for Junior Compensation & Benefits Specialist in Ukraine.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous experience in the compensation and benefits field will be a plus
- Understanding of HR policies and procedures
- Knowledge of remuneration system and personnel motivation, knowledge of grading
- Knowledge of Economics and Labor Organization
- Good MS Office knowledge, especially Excel
- Experience with Payroll UA and International, Contractors' remuneration and Employees will be a plus
- Intermediate English level
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participation in the development and improvement of the organizational structure, analysis of the compliance of the organizational structure with the business objectives
- Organization of job profile preparation. Maintain job titles and job profiles up to date
- Participation in the evaluation of the effectiveness of the existing remuneration systems, compensation schemes and packages
- Participation in the improvement of the remuneration system and introduction of new systems and incentives for employees
- Participation in the development of regulations on remuneration, bonuses, vacation, and other regulations
- Organization and fulfillment of social programs development in the company
- Maintenance and support of automated accounting systems, preparation of technical specifications for the automation of processes related to accounting employees, assessment of staff, time tracking, payroll, etc
- Organization of budgeting for social benefits to employees of the company, maintaining a database of benefits that are granted to employees of the company
- Participation in the research of compensation and benefits in the industry (salary surveys)
- Development of a staff schedule
- Preparation of statistical reports and analytical reports in the field of Compensation and Benefits
- Analysis of the labor market and the calculation of salary ranges according to the categorization of employees
