As a Community Manager, you will interact with our communities across platforms. You are the eyes, ears and mouth of Scalable Capital online and always on top of current relevant discourse. You will also assist various teams in understanding our community’s needs and wishes.
- Engage and interact with our online community across various social media platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends, as well as current discussions in- and outside our communities
- Monitor and manage brand sentiment online
- Assist in the creation and implementation of social media content
- Collect, analyze, and report on feedback
- You have previous working experience in a relevant field, e.g. an internship
- You have strong interpersonal skills
- You are passionate about social media, finance and digital products
- You are familiar with current social media platforms and their characteristics
- You are able to communicate clearly in a team
- You have an ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- You have a strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- You have an affinity for writing and language
- You are capable of handling software tools, ideally previous experience with Google suite or Microsoft tools.
- You are fluent in German and English, both oral and written
