What will your job consist of?
Initiate and manage projects aiming at improving consumer and merchant experience or eliminate frictions
Implement new CX post-purchase processes and procedures in coordination with different Business Units
Supporting the implementation of processes in the scope of responsibility on new marketplaces
Providing on-hand analysis on supported processes
Initiate, prioritize (based on business and customer impact) and coordinate projects: build business arguments, engage key stakeholders
Ensure continuous identification of customer experience improvement areas, in cooperation with operation teams
Identify and mitigate the potential risks of project implementation in CX area within post purchase processes
Translate insights into recommendations and actions aiming to improve customer experience

The offer is addressed to individuals who have:
Minimum 1 year of experience in project management
Minimum 1 year of practical experience in the area of customer experience
Proven ability to create positive customer experiences in customer support processes
Ability to arise risk when it occurs
Planning and organizational skills (which means ability to manage several projects/initiatives simultaneously)
Strong communication skills reflected in readiness to present and explain the work outcomes
Ability to adjust to flexible business environment while leading the project
Willingness to challenge the status quo
Analytical thinking and data driven mindset reflected in proved experience in implemented solutions based on data insights
Ability to work independently and organize work of project group
Ability to communicate freely in English (at least B2+/C1 level)
