Junior Business Analyst (with UX Focus)

As a Junior Business Analyst at LiveJasmin, you'll be a key player in shaping the success of our platform. You'll be involved in:

• Representing the business' interests

• Clarifying business requirements

• Defining the functional details of a development while taking the best market practices into account

• Documenting business requirements in Confluence (use cases, flow charts, wireframes)

• Working closely with the designer team regarding functional requirements

• Designing functional requirements and wireframes

• Ensure a good Project Preparation working closely with PM, EM, BA, UI/UX, EM, LD as well as all other business department (finance, legal, compliance, etc.)

• Ensuring that user stories meet the required criteria so work can be designated as complete (Stories)

• Participating in team planning meetings and ensuring availability to provide advice, clarification, and guidance during the execution of each Sprint

• Assisting the development team, POs/PMs and Architects with release planning, functional research and release testing

• Reviewing completed work from the development sprints

• Any other tasks assigned by the line manager or the management

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, OR relevant professional certifications (e.g., ECBA, Agile Analysis).
• 1+ year of experience in a Business Analyst, UX Designer, or similar role, with a focus on product development.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, including the ability to explain complex topics clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Good understanding of product lifecycle methodologies and the Business Analyst's role in each phase.
