If so, the Business Analyst position in our Vehicle Data Products team might be for you. The team manages our vehicle data solutions, VINMASTER and TrueVIN, that assist our customers in their determination of premiums for physical damage and liability coverages on private passenger autos.
The team is small, so we are in search of candidates who are capable of effectively working in a group environment while equally comfortable working independently. We work under tight deadlines, so you must be flexible and be able to adapt and assimilate new information quickly.
This role involves collaborating with the team to enhance our datasets, maintain the integrity and quality of the database, and ensure our products continue to meet our customer’s changing needs. As you grow in your knowledge of the product and its capabilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to identifying and developing new or enhanced solutions for our customers.
Responsibilities
· Provide support for our vehicle research function
· Identify and contribute to filling gaps in our vehicle database
· Produce and maintain process/procedure documentation and product knowledge repository
· Prepare and validate business requirements for product implementation/enhancements
· Collaborate with team to generate regular product releases
· Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
· College degree is preferred
· Proficiency in MS Office software, especially Excel, is required
· Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
· Strong verbal and written communication skills - English B2+
· Property-casualty insurance familiarity, especially personal auto, is desirable
· Experience using Atlassian tools like Jira or Confluence would be a plus.

· Willingness to work in a hybrid model from a Cracow-based office as a full-time employee
· Basic knowledge of SQL will be a plus
