In a thriving, 360° and multidirectionnal Marketing team, our Junior Brand Designer will be responsible for the following missions:
Missions
>Work with our Sales teams to design sales materials (Google Doc presentations, PDFs, etc.)
>Work with our HR team to create materials or templates to promote our employer brand: print, web design, goodies,...
>Working on revamping pages and visuals on our website
>Designing the cover of an e-book
>Updating social media material (LinkedIn banners, Youtube thumbnails)
>Designing the cover of our next webinar
>Working with PMMs on the next newsletter and visuals
>Helping finding and mixing the best music for our next video project
>Working on product motion designs for a landing page
>Following-up agency work on testimonial delivery
>Crafting the visual for an ad on ComptaOnline
>Reworking our 1-pager from the ground up

Skills
We are looking for a Junior profile, between 1 and 3 years of experience maximum, because we would like to develop this person and help them grow in their role as a brand / marketing professional. We would like someone versatile and not too specialised, so that they can work and learn on different projects. Our team is strong and ready to share their knwoledge!

>A brand professional, between 1 and 3 years of experience in a similar role
>Someone with experience with a lot of different supports: print, web, video, podcasts,... who can multitask
>Someone who has already worked with clients: understand a brief, structure files, adapt to a chart,...
>Someone who has already worked in a team dedicated to clients
>Experience in fast-paced environments

We're working on providing those last advantages to our people based outside of France as well, but it can be quite more complex depending on different countries.
