Complete an internship project at SOPHiA GENETICS whose mission is to build the future of AI-assisted medicine, joining the Pipeline Development Team as a Junior Bioinformatician Intern.
Your mission:
The project's purpose is to contribute to the partial automation of the production of customized Instructions for Use (IFUs) documents for custom genomics application pipelines. This automation will enhance the efficiency of IFU production and enable the integration of an adapted pipeline release process with the IFU production process.
As an Intern you will be working closely with members of the pipeline development team and with the scientific writers who will guide the knowledge transfer regarding pipeline development and IFU production, respectively.
