Junior Associate, Analytics & Insights (12-month contract)

  1. Develop a basic knowledge of NielsenIQ Retail Measurement Service and deliver business solutions for client performance tracking  
  2. Contribute to client satisfaction through making actionable insights/ error-free timely deliverables/ resolving queries 
  3. Support to execute, monitor, and continuously improve the delivery management and service-related tasks assigned to the workstream as report, database management, and data quality checks  
  4. Support to provide performance overview analysis and business-issue analysis to FMCG clients 
  5. Responsible for triaging of customer queries/ request (data, reports, resolution) across client category groups and tracking actions for improvement as needed 
    • Graduates and have 6-12 months of working experience in data analysis, able to work full-time 
    • Good sense of numeric, logical & critical thinking 
    • Ability to work at a fast pace, in virtual and remote environments 
    • Fluent in speaking and writing both English and Vietnamese, customer-orientated communication skill is a plus 
    • Competent in Microsoft Office applications and eager to learn new platforms
