POSITION SUMMARY

EarnIn is looking for a Junior Application Programmer to design, develop, and enhance applications across various functional areas, including finance, human resources, manufacturing, and marketing. This role will potentially involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of our systems.

EarnIn provides excellent employee benefits, including healthcare, internet/cell phone reimbursement, a learning and development stipend, and potential opportunities to travel to our Palo Alto HQ. The salary range for this role is $101,000 - $127,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1+ years of experience in the applications space
  • Experience in software development, including coding, debugging, and system analysis.
  • Some proficiency in programming languages and development tools relevant to application design.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and training skills to effectively support end users.
