We’re looking for a junior affiliate partnership manager to join our office in Lisbon. In this role, you’ll be responsible for prospecting, onboarding and maintaining partnerships with affiliates in various spaces. You’ll join Pipedrive’s collaborative, fun, growth-oriented performance marketing team that will challenge you to learn, grow and drive results as a team player. Your new adventure:
- Recruit, onboard, develop and manage affiliate and influencer partnership relations via chat, email and 1:1 meetings
- Explore and evaluate new partnerships that significantly expand Pipedrive’s partnership channel footprint
- Grow our partnership network via a cold outreach process that includes prospecting, qualifying, negotiating, drafting contracts and onboarding new influencers onto our program
- Execute promotional campaigns focused on driving partner activation
- Bring an exceptionally process-oriented, analytical and data-driven mindset geared toward ensuring the downstream success of partnerships
- Identify opportunities for growing or accelerating performance using internal data
- Focus on optimizing overall affiliate channel performance
Does this sound like you?
- 1–2 years of experience in affiliate marketing or channel partner roles. Experience with B2B affiliates and influencers is a big plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize information into a coherent, data-driven narrative and present that narrative in a compelling way
- A collaborative, team-oriented attitude that brings positive energy
- Comfortable working with a remote team
- A deep interest in digital marketing and performance marketing for B2B SaaS companies
- Comfortable with a “learning while doing” approach to role-specific skills
- A natural curiosity and willingness to formulate and promote experiments to improve team performance and partner and customer experience
