The opportunity:

We are are seeking out a Junior Accounts Assistant to manage our employees credit card expenses through our expense management software, Webexpenses.

Responsibilities:

• Email monthly AMEX and Westpac statements to employees
• Create and update monthly Credit Card spreadsheet
• Review and process expense reports and verify costs against receipts
• Throughout the month upload receipts, allocate and check GST for credit card transactions of 3 management employees
• Check allocations and GST/VAT amounts, submit and export 35 AU/INT/UK/US credit card expense reports
• Export reports to Excel to then export files to Xero
• Check personal expense reports and export to Xero throughout the month

Requirements:

• General accounting knowledge
• Competent with computers
• Attention to detail
• Accuracy & precision
• Organisation and time management skills
• Basic excel knowledge

This is a freelance employment opportunity, where you can support us from the comfort of your home and enjoy flexible working hours.
