We are looking for a Junior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in the office 3 days per week. You will be reporting to the Accounting Manager. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, general ledger analysis, variable expense tracking and reporting, as well as financial analysis and other special projects as assigned.

 

What you can expect to work on

  • Manage the full accounts payable cycle and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Review expense reimbursement claims and ensure they are consistent with company policies.
  • Support with special projects as needed.
  • Corporate Credit Card Reconciliation
  • Assist with month end closing by reconciling balance sheet accounts, researching and resolving discrepancies.

 

What we expect from you

  • 1-3 year of corporate accounting experience
  • Knowledge of accounts payables procedures and principles
  • Excellent organization and administration skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail, thoroughness, and meeting deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel
  • Familiar with NetSuite, MineralTree, and Brex
  • Experience working for a software as a service (SaaS) company preferred.

We feel passionately about equal pay for equal work, and transparency in compensation is one vehicle to achieve that. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, including a target base annual salary range of $65,000-$70,000 plus bonus opportunity, company stock options, and a full benefits package, including health insurance and unlimited paid time off.
