Our new office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.
THE ROLE
New Guards Group is looking for a Junior Accountant - Categorie protette L.68/99, for its administrative department who will directly report to the Accounting Coordinator.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Accurately record and maintain financial transactions in the general ledger;
- Perform reconciliations of various accounting accounts to ensure data precision;
- Support VAT-related activities, ensuring compliance with current tax regulations;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to overall financial success;
- Support the team in other different activities, when needed;
- Manage requests from internal/external auditors.
WHO YOU ARE
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field;
- At least 6 months’ experience in accounting activities;
- English proficiency;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other relevant accounting software;
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
