About This Job

As a Junior Account Manager, you’ll be managing a portfolio of key demand (buyer) partners. You will be responsible for building relationships and maximizing advertising spend for demand partners (including DSPs, Exchanges, and Ad Networks). In this hybrid role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with several teams globally and you’ll work together to grow your book of business by upselling and performing optimizations.

Driven by meeting and exceeding revenue goals and ensuring a pipeline of upsell opportunities, the ideal candidate would have excellent interpersonal skills and an entrepreneurial mindset. You have success stories to tell about your ability to think strategically and analytically about business and about having built and conveyed compelling value propositions.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and maximize revenue for a portfolio of 15/20 demand partners (DSP, Exchanges, AdNetworks)

  • Analyze partners’ bidding behavior and KPIs to identify improvement areas

  • Lead partner-facing calls and meetings with new and existing partners to build trustworthy and solid long-term partnerships

  • Work closely with the entire Operations teams to ensure the delivery of quality campaigns within the exchange

  • Coordinate with the appropriate internal teams (Product, Marketing, Supply)

  • Identify and drive ongoing opportunities for the overall business

  • Meet KPI goals and support the team in reaching these collectively
