Since our foundation in Lyon in 2016, we have been revolutionizing the liquidity planning market for SMEs across Europe. Our office in Berlin was launched in 2020 and continuously expanded to a team of ~80 Agicapians now. As a Junior Account Manager (m/f/d) at AGICAP, you will pursue one of our main goals, the satisfaction of our rapidly growing customer base. You are the contact person for all questions concerning the tool and support companies in planning their finances and liquidity. After comprehensive training in your first months, you become their partner in unlocking the full potential of our Treasury platform to realize their strategic, financial and operational goals. The Account Management team is part of our Customer Success function and works closely with Sales and Customer Success Tech.

What you will do:
- You are responsible for managing, maintaining and developing the client portfolio.
- You will do this by taking an interest in the needs and challenges of clients and helping them to achieve their goals with Agicap.
- You support our customers in the optimal and long-term use of Agicap through your expertise in cash management and accounting.
- You are responsible for ensuring that our software is actively used and that our customers are equipped with new functions.
- You are actively responsible for delivering webinars and product presentations to multiple clients. You identify and qualify upsell opportunities.
- You contribute to the direct further development of our product by passing on customer feedback to the product team.

What you need to succeed:
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management skills.
- 1-2 years of professional experience in B2B customer-facing roles in international SaaS - ideally in the finance or software sector, in sales or in an early-stage start-up.
- Initial sales experience (ideally) in a B2B environment.
- The ability to identify upsell opportunities and develop actionable plans to drive expansion.
- Clear goals spur you on - you are action-oriented and analytical in your approach.
- The ability to excel in a dynamic environment, quickly adapt to challenges and keep a positive attitude.
- Strong Plus: Good understanding of Corporate Finance. Previous exposure to Finance/Treasury departments.
- You have demonstrated your structured approach in past projects and have strong negotiation skills.
- You speak German at C2+ level and are also business fluent in English.
