- Assist recruiters to manage job postings.
- Coordinate and communicate interview details to candidates, making sure they have all necessary information (detailed directions, interview logistics, etc.)
- Coordinate with Travel Manager & Office Managers and with internal stakeholders.
- Record invoices, employee and candidate expense reports, and any other financial information for the group.
- Host all candidates coming in house for a tour and getting them from interview to interview.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews with hiring managers and interviewing teams.
- Act as an ambassador of Nexthink and create a strong employer-of-choice brand.
- Attend and coordinate recruiting-related activities such as professional and college career fairs, when needed.
- Search best practices in candidates experience.
- Proactive candidate search.
- Market analysis.

- CFC, Bachelor degree or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of prior administrative experience; 1 year of HR/Recruitment experience preferred.
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) and strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy is key.
- You are comfortable working in a rapidly changing environment.
- You are collaborative and a team player.
- Proficiency with usual Microsoft Office tools.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personal information.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
- Strong interest in technology would be a plus.
