We are seeking a Junior- Mid level Project Manager for a contract-to-hire role in downtown Denver, CO. In this role, you will be manage projects across a variety of departments to include IT, Finance, HR, Marketing, and Operations. The responsibiities of this role are as follows:
- Preparation for state license audits, working with third party vendors, making sure organization is compliant with regulations on an annual basis
- Creating mini-project plans to achieve, reporting status, escalating blockers,
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors as needed for the execution/coordination of projects
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Report status and escalate to management as needed
- Successfully manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science or comparable field
- Proven success over 2 years or more managing / coordinating projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience in group facilitation
- Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma is a plus
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office concepts
This contract-to-hire role will be located in downtown Denver, CO. There may be some remote work in the beginning due to the State of Colorado shelter in place initiatives, but once safe to do so, this role will be located onsite in the downtown area.
