As the Jr Manager, Artist & Label Services you will be responsible for identifying and managing collaboration opportunities between brands and artists/labels, executing strategies outlined by the A&R & Artist Services and Digital Marketing departments. This role will focus on brand activations, sponsorships, and localized campaigns and opportunities on digital platforms. The selected candidate will work closely with the A&R & Artist Services team to execute actions aligned with artist development plans.
What You'll Do:
Collaboration with Artist Services and Digital Marketing Teams:
- Implement actions as indicated by the Artist Services team to improve artist visibility and development.
- Participate in interdepartmental meetings to align Brand Marketing strategies with digital releases and promotion plans.
- Coordinate the execution activations and events that enhance the artists’ presence, ensuring projects align with established objectives.
- Optimize investment for the benefit of our clients.
- Track the results of brand campaigns and sponsorships, assessing their effectiveness and reporting key metrics to the Artist Services and Digital Marketing teams.
- Maintain updated records of brand relationships and closed agreements.
Who You Are:

Experience: 2+ years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the music industry; prior experience in music partnership management is a plus.

Skills: Proficient in social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Google Analytics). Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies.

Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in Spanish and English is required.
