Salary Range:
The expected pay range for this position is $55,000 to $61,000 yearly. The pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Junior Management Analyst with at least 1 year of experience to support our team in enhancing organizational efficiency and effectiveness. This role involves conducting organizational studies, designing systems and procedures, and implementing work simplification strategies to streamline processes. The Junior Management Analyst will assist in creating operations and procedure manuals and provide data-driven insights to help management make informed decisions. This role is ideal for an analytical thinker with a strong attention to detail and a passion for improving business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organizational Analysis: Conduct organizational studies and evaluations to assess the effectiveness of current processes and identify areas for improvement. Collect and analyze data to generate insights into workflow efficiencies and process bottlenecks.
- System and Procedure Design: Design and implement systems and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and support organizational goals. Work collaboratively with team members to develop practical solutions and best practices for optimized workflows.
- Work Simplification and Measurement Studies: Conduct work simplification and measurement studies to streamline tasks and reduce inefficiencies. Develop methods to measure performance improvements and assess the impact of implemented changes.
- Documentation and Manual Preparation: Prepare and maintain detailed operations and procedures manuals that clearly document processes and protocols. Ensure manuals are accessible and updated regularly to support staff training and operational consistency.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a management analysis or business process improvement role.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and process improvement techniques.
- Basic knowledge of business analysis and operational efficiency principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to present findings and recommendations clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with project management or process improvement methodologies, such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Professional certifications such as PMP, CISSP, or ITIL. (Preferred)
