Position Summary: 

We’re looking for an IT analyst to ensure our IT Revenue and Customer systems teams receive clear, actionable tickets and maintains basic Scrum processes. The IT Solutions Delivery Analyst splits time between reviewing and routing incoming requests—making sure they have the right details—and supporting daily Scrum activities to keep work organized, transparent, and on track. 

Essential Job Functions: 

  • Triage incoming IT tickets for completeness and clarity; confirm all necessary information is present. 
  • Direct requests to the appropriate Revenue or Customer systems backlog; collaborate with requesters to fill any gaps. 
  • Coordinate daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives; document action items and follow up on commitments. 
  • Ensure tickets meet the Definition of Ready (clear requirements, estimates, acceptance criteria) and keep them updated. 
  • Track work progress, promptly flag risks or blockers, and maintain essential Scrum documentation for visibility. 
  • Communicate regularly with product owners, team leads, and stakeholders to clarify priorities and resolve bottlenecks. 
  • Provide first-line support for ticket-related inquiries; escalate complex issues when necessary. 
  • Continuously refine intake and backlog management practices to streamline ticket flow and adherence to Scrum principles. 

Required Skills 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience). 
  • Familiarity with basic Scrum or Agile concepts; any internship or project experience is a plus. 
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when reviewing and routing requests. 
  • Clear written and verbal communication style for translating technical needs into actionable tasks. 
  • Basic proficiency with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow) and collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Teams). 
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working with cross-functional teams. 
  • Capable of managing time effectively in a fast-paced environment, focusing on essential support and scrum administration tasks.
