Role Overview: As Assistant Growth Manager at Emma, you will play a crucial role in driving our scale up efforts in India. You will actively work with external stakeholders to ensure we get the best deals from strategic partners and will also ensure the smooth flow of day to day business. You will also collaborate with global stakeholders and lead initiatives to test new channels of growth.
What You'll Do:

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with external affiliates, payment partners, logistics partners etc to ensure performance against KPIs

Marketplace Management: Work closely with marketplaces like Amazon and Flipkart to strategise on pricing, portfolio and other growth topics

Data Management: Ensure accuracy of data and help generate insights to inform strategy and decision making.

Inventory Management: Work closely with operations and marketing teams to ensure efficient management of inventory for D2C as well as marketplaces

Business Review: Use business skills to proactively overlook the various activities conducted by different teams and find avenues for cost optimisations

New Product Development: Use global as well as local insights for coming up with new products and work closely with the marketing team to create product launch strategies
Who We're Looking For

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in business development roles, with experience in D2C/Marketplaces preferred

Hard Skills: Critical thinking, analytical skills, P&L management

Soft Skills: Strong communication and relationship management skills

Mindset: A data-driven approach with the ability to challenge the status quo and overcome adversity. Must be coachable and a fast learner

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
