Jr. Desktop Support Engineer

LOCATION:  Work onsite in Las Vegas, NV
WORK TYPE: Onsite

To strengthen our experienced teams, we are looking for a Jr. Desktop Support Engineer, to join our office in Las Vegas. You will work individually but be part of the international IT support team in the Sportradar Group.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Being the 1st level of tech support for the Vegas Office
• Managing day to day IT operations
• Facilitate IT procurement, desktop support and active directory among other duties
• Collaboration with our global development teams
• Owning your office technology

YOUR PROFILE:

• Tech certification or Associates degree in computer science, or equivalent work experience
• Familiarity or understanding of the following products (Office, Windows 10/11, Azure, Intune, Jamf, KACE, Service Now)
• Understanding of basic Networking
• Experience mounting hardware into racks and smart hands support
• Antivirus Software
• Asset management tools
• Good communication skills
• Fluent in English
• Willingness to learn new technologies
• Positive team player with a can-do attitude
• Willingness to travel to other US offices as needed

Pay Range: $37,500 - $40,000
Sportradar intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to experience, qualifications, and location.
