- More than 4 years in YouTube/ video platform channel management or demonstrated experience in new media audience development (technology, services, media, entertainment)
- Passionate about Music and all things Digital and Social Media
- Excellent knowledge of YouTube Analytics or YouTube CMS
- Good understanding of video content and content marketing
- Ability to multitask, priorities and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly motivated, structured and organized priority with excellent time management skills
