Artificial Intelligence is our reality.  Location: São José dos Campos – Hybrid (minimum 3x/week on-site) -  in the beginning, an intensive approach is needed to better understand the process of manufacturing and the project scope We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead initiatives within the scope of IT applications, supporting manufacturing operations and strategic business needs. This is a high-visibility role with direct exposure to leadership and global stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead projects following the Waterfall methodology, ensuring on-time and on-scope delivery. Interface with local and global teams, including direct reporting to the Director of Manufacturing. Manage all project stages, ensuring alignment with PMI best practices and incorporating Change Management principles. Conduct regular status updates and presentations for stakeholders at various levels, including executives. Promote strong cross-functional collaboration across business and technical teams.   Required Skills & Experience: Proven experience managing IT application projects, ideally in complex or manufacturing environments. Strong understanding of project management methodologies (PMI framework) and structured delivery models. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience delivering clear and concise updates to executive leadership. Fluent English – required for global reporting and documentation.
