Artificial Intelligence is our reality.  Responsibilities: The role involves attending to CI&T clients who are looking to transform their operations on the Salesforce platform, utilizing technology as a catalyst to enhance business flexibility and improve customer experience. You will manage the implementation of standard configurations, custom development, and data migration elements within Salesforce projects. Familiarity with source code, version management, and code deployment standards is essential. Additionally, you should possess the ability to understand project requirements and debug issues effectively. Connecting with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations is also a key responsibility. Furthermore, you will be expected to work in an agile and collaborative environment, adhering to our established methodology. This position involves working very close to an American client. It is extremely important to be comfortable with the English language, as the entire selection process and day-to-day activities will be 100% in English. Requirements for this challenge: - Knowledge in programmatic (Apex, LWC, Javascript) and declarative (Point and Click) development. - Knowledge in Salesforce deployment practices/strategies. - Knowledge of Git concepts. - Strong analytical skills and logical reasoning. - Knowledge of object-oriented concepts. - Basic knowledge of RDBMS. - Need to understand the MVC architecture. Nice to have: Knowledge in Service or Sales Cloud. Salesforce certifications. Skills in requirements gathering and experience in solution design using the platform and its products. Knowledge of CRM.
