The ideal candidate will have strong skills in risk management, planning methodologies, PDCA, and a solid understanding of Scrum principles. This role will focus on achieving organizational goals through effective collaboration and performance measurement. Duties and Responsibilities Motivate and coordinate teams to foster a collaborative environment. Identify and nurture individual skills within teams. Organize regular meetings and facilitate Scrum events. Guide teams in self-organization and cross-functionality. Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. Create reports on risk status and corrective actions taken. Collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic goals using PDCA. Track progress against objectives and implement improvements. Prepare contingency plans for identified risks. Create and maintain project roadmaps aligned with strategic objectives. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance. Summarize progress, challenges, and achievements in concise reports for stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams. Strong understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies. Expertise in risk management, PDCA and planning. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
