At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Master Front End Developer (React) to join our team in Colombia. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, innovating, transforming, and multicultural environment.
Position Overview:
As a Master Front End Developer, you will lead the design and implementation of scalable React-based frontend architectures. Your expertise will be crucial in defining best practices and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations. With your knowledge of modern frontend technologies, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior developers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable React-based frontend architectures.
Define best practices for component design, state management, performance optimization, and security.
Collaborate with backend engineers to develop efficient APIs and microservices-based integrations.
Evaluate and adopt modern frontend technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Mentor Mid and Junior developers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Develop, test, and deploy software applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.
Maintain and improve application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Must-have Skills:
Proficiency in JavaScript / TypeScript.
Strong experience with React.
B2+ English proficiency.
