We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to join our agile squads for web applications. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products through both manual and automated testing. Your expertise in quality concepts and communication skills will be essential as we transition from manual testing to automated solutions.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive test plans for web applications.
Perform manual testing and progressively transition to automated testing as the project evolves.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and squad leads, to understand product requirements and ensure quality deliverables.
Implement quality concepts and practices in line with the test pyramid.
Effectively communicate testing progress, results, and issues to team members and stakeholders.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.
Qualifications
Experience in QA roles with a focus on both manual and automated testing.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies and the software testing life cycle.
Language Proficiency: Advanced English is required
Teamwork: Proven ability to work effectively within a small team and collaborate across squads.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
Adaptability: Willingness to shift focus from manual to automated testing as project needs evolve.
Nice to Have:
Familiarity with technologies such as Java and Angular.
Familiarity with cloud services.
