Responsibilities:
Structure and manage technical refinements.
Create and maintain artifacts such as architecture diagrams, etc.
Support the Squad Leader in preparing the team's planning (by explaining the refinements).
Understand technical needs by actively participating in rituals.
Provide insights into the development and evolution of a scalable and high-performance solution.
Support the technical and behavioral evolution of team members.
Integrate systems by retrieving, transforming, and sending information.
Code and structure automated tests (TDD) to ensure the quality of deliverables.
Support and structure code reviews to adhere to best practices and client quality gates.
Requirements for this Challenge:
Java 17+.
Spring Boot.
Cloud.
Design patterns and architecture in microservices.
API development in Java.
Relational database.
Development of automated tests using the testing pyramid strategy.
Communication skills to ensure alignment among all team members.
Structuring technical demands as well as refining stories.
Ability to critique and seek continuous improvement.
Advanced English.
Differentials:
Knowledge of Azure Cloud.
Familiarity with the Camunda framework.
Experience with Apache Cassandra.
