I am a Talent Attraction Analyst looking for people located in Colombia for a Senior Backend Developer position to join our innovation team and work on a project in the pharmaceutical sector.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct the discovery of the current
ASP.NET system, understanding its functionalities and architecture.
- Collaborate with design and product teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Propose and create proper documentation improvements and technological innovations that can be integrated into the new solution.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing knowledge and best practices.
Requirements for this challenge:
- Strong experience in .NET development (
ASP.NET, C#).
- Familiarity with developing in undocumented environments.
- Knowledge of new backend technologies (e.g.,
Node.js, Java, Kotlin etc.).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Previous experience in legacy system modernization projects.
- Knowledge of agile development practices, such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Experience with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- CI/CD experience
- Advanced English
Nice to Have:
- Ability to create POCs/MVPs quickly and effectively.
- Experience with Koltin for backend
