This is Tayná Oliveira from CI&T's Talent Attraction team.
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst, to join our team. This collaborator will be responsible for helping to facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams, identifying opportunities for improvement in business processes, and helping to define specifications for projects and initiatives according to the new defined architecture. Technical knowledge should be a strong point, as this profile will work alongside project architects and POs, helping to ensure that the currently existing solutions, with the new architectural proposal, continue to meet business needs and contribute to organizational goals.
Necessary Skills:
Understanding of relevant technologies for the project.
Advanced oral and written communication (English).
Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams, helping to adapt the solution, objectives, priorities, and milestones.
Analytical and critical thinking skills.
Ability to identify and solve problems.
Knowledge of process modeling techniques.
Familiarity with documentation and requirements management tools.
