I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Colombia for a Mid Project Manager Position to work on a project in the drinks company.
Responsibilities:
- Lead agile teams in the operation and development of a product for an iconic global brand;
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish is essential for communication with diverse teams and clients;
- Oversee all phases of the software development lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards;
- Manage efforts across multiple teams in different geographical locations, ensuring alignment with project goals and client expectations;
- Ensure team members are in the right roles to maximize effectiveness;
- Act as the primary contact for clients in the US and Latin America, providing regular updates and addressing concerns;
- Understand, lead, and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure adherence to Agile methodologies;
- Apply Lean Management principles to optimize workflows, reduce waste, and improve overall efficiency;
- Oversee operations where the team delivers new features and improvements while providing support for production applications;
- Collaborate with the team to establish methods for extracting and analyzing metrics, fostering continuous improvement discussions (Kaizen);
- Present team performance metrics and improvement initiatives to clients, showcasing delivered value;
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Requirements for this challenge:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
- Essential fluency in Spanish for effective communication;
- Knowledge of Portuguese is a plus for added communication capabilities;
- Strong grasp of Agile practices and Lean Management principles;
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities;
- Seeks a leader who can inspire and manage teams in a multicultural environment, focusing on delivering meaningful results and ensuring client satisfaction.
