I am a Talent Attracting Analyst looking for people located in Brazil for a System Architect ;
Responsibilities:
- Platform Development: Oversee the design, development, and operation of the internal developer platform, which includes CI/CD pipelines, development tools, testing frameworks, and monitoring solutions.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with other engineering teams to
understand their needs and ensure the platform evolves to support their workflows and productivity.
- Quality Assurance: Implement best practices for software development and ensure the highest quality of the platform through rigorous testing and release management.
- Operational Excellence: Ensure the platform's reliability, scalability, and performance by adopting industry-leading infrastructure and DevOps and Software Development practices.
Requirements for this challenge:
- Experience as a System Architect or similar role, with a strong background in Java development using Containers;
- Strong technical background in software development and DevOps, with hands-on experience in building and scaling developer tools and platforms.
- Strong Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), modern CI/CD tools (Github Actions), and Service Discovery/Mesh(cilium).
- Strong Experience with API design and operation with an emphasis on
commercially-available APIs and designing for multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent leadership and team-building skills, with a track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Advanced in English, enabling clear communication with international teams and stakeholders;
