Responsibilities
- Develop advanced analytics models and reports using SQL and PowerBI, with a strong preference for skills in Tableau, to inform and drive business decisions.
- Engage with stakeholders across the organization to comprehend business challenges, devise analytical strategies, and effectively communicate data insights.
- Create, manage, and optimize data pipelines in Snowflake and DBT to ensure data integrity and accessibility for analytics purposes.
- Perform detailed analyses of business data (including financial, sales, and customer information) to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Lead the implementation and ongoing improvement of business intelligence solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and user expectations.
- Provide training and support to business users on data analytics and visualization tools, empowering them to make informed decisions.
- Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence, adopting best practices to continuously enhance our data capabilities.
Requirements for this challenge:
- Demonstrated experience in a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst role, with proficiency in SQL and PowerBI.
- Basic understanding of Python, Snowflake, and DBT, with eagerness to develop these skills further.
- Proven capability in data modeling, analysis, and visualization, preferably with expertise in Tableau.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage, analyze, and share extensive data sets accurately and effectively.
- Proficient in developing queries, writing reports, and presenting findings, capable of simplifying complex data into actionable insights.
- Advanced or fluent English language skills, with the ability to comprehend business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, capable of working across different teams and disciplines.
