As a Javascript developer at DevRev you will work closely with our backend, frontend and customer success teams developing customer-oriented solutions on and for our OneCRM platform, helping our customers connect the dots between development, customer support and sales. You will be expected to employ your creativity and expertise in order to ideate and shape new services/features of our product. Our team's mission is to lead the 360 degree investigation of our users so we can seamlessly usher them through the use of the DevRev platform and proactively meet their needs. We seek to deliver an unparalleled experience both within and outside the platform for our customers. We also want the same to hold true for our employees and provide a supportive team work environment as well as a suitable level of mentorship depending on your level of experience.

Objectives of this role will include:

Integrate DevRev with customers’ existing tech stack, including scripting, debugging and troubleshooting (ETL’s, customised Snap Ins, API integrations).
Involvement in customer engagements and maintenance in keeping constant feedback loops back to all key stakeholders including: Engineering, Product, Customer Success & Support, Revenue, Marketing, etc.
Build and develop integrations, automations, and more across various toolsets to scale and ensure successful customer engagements.
Conduct data analysis, writing queries (e.g., in SQL), and building dashboards to share insights and drive decision-making.
Close work with AI and generative technologies.
Learn new tools and guide customers through critical workflows, e.g. integration with code repositories.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

Proficiency in JavaScript.
Software Engineering degree or equivalent (open also to new university graduates or people without formal education but with informal wisdom).
Outstanding communication (written and verbal in English).
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-demand, global environment.
Result oriented work-style, ability to get things done and a learning mindset.
An endless passion for challenging work that requires high energy, full engagement and a self founded need for high-performance.
Advantage: hands-on coding / development experience using APIs, Webhooks, Typescript, NodeJS, SQL, Golang, etc.
