Organize and plan all team activities upon the principles of agile software methodology
Evaluate the efficiency of your team upon its technical and/or business knowledge needed to fulfil its mission
Monitor and address the required technical investment upon the department guidelines
Foster the collaboration with the departments which are stakeholders to your team
Help your team with technical problems and make sure everyone follows best practices.
