About the MarTech Integration Team:
Our MarTech Integration team is pivotal in bridging our digital marketing technologies with our internal systems, enabling data-driven marketing strategies that enhance customer engagement and operational efficiency. As we expand our Martech capabilities, we are looking for skilled Java Engineers who are passionate about both technology and marketing to join us!
Domain Knowledge Requirements:

Martech Platforms: Understanding of Martech technologies such as CRM, CMS, Email Marketing, and Analytics tools, and their integration with internal systems

System Integration: Experience in designing and implementing integrations between complex systems, particularly in a marketing or data-driven environment

Data-Driven Marketing: Knowledge of how to leverage customer data to drive marketing strategies, including experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and data integration tools

High-Performance Platforms: Experience in designing, building, and optimizing high-performance systems, especially in B2C environments

Security: Familiarity with data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR) and security measures for managing customer data
Technical Skills Requirements:

Java and Spring: Strong experience with Java core and knowledge of the Spring framework, with a focus on building scalable, reliable, and secure integrations

API Development: Proficiency in developing RESTful APIs and microservices to facilitate integration between Martech platforms and internal systems

Database Mastery: Strong SQL knowledge, particularly with PostgreSQL, and experience with data synchronization between systems
