We are looking for a Java Developer to join our Data Quality team and contribute to the programming output of the team or project area with guidance by developing and testing standard modules or make amendments to more complex modules. You will report into Software Team Manager.
What you'll do?
- Implement accurate and reliable code in time following specification to deliver needed functionality;
- Create moderately complex solutions;
- Design and implement unit tests to validate functionality implemented correctly;
- Act according to buddy and management feedback to improve knowledge in areas that need development;
- Gain knowledge on all developed products and understand how clients use them;
- Involved in Software design to understand and get better overall technical vision of products.
- Participate in all agile rituals – planning, stand-up, retrospective, backlog refinement, demo;
- Take part in estimation process;
- Collaborate with teammates;
- Complete timesheets on time.
What you'll bring?
- 2 or more years of experience in the field;
- IT Degree level;
- IT certificates in the domain of knowledge;
- Formerly trained to software development and specifications – have knowledge about data structures and algorithms, multithreading, program lifecycle, recognize complexity of a proposed solution;
- Experience with software development process;
- Show self-organizational abilities;
- Have a record of working towards a common goal with a team of people (e.g. during internship or group project at university);
- Fluency in written and spoken English;
- Open personality - seek and give feedback, willing to share knowledge and help;
- Stay informed about relevant technology trends and developments as developer.
