AYANA Hospitality is seeking a motivated and skilled Japanese Sales Manager to enhance our sales efforts in the Japanese market. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with our business goals while building and nurturing long-lasting relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to penetrate the Japanese market and achieve sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals effectively.
- Conduct presentations and site visits to showcase our facilities and services.
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations.
Requirements
- Fluent in Japanese and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Good understanding of the Japanese market and cultural nuances.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
