AYANA Hospitality is seeking a highly motivated Japanese Sales Executive (Native) to join our team at AYANA MidPlaza in Jakarta. As a native Japanese speaker, you will play a vital role in driving sales and revenue growth within our organization. You will be responsible for managing and growing key accounts, developing new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service to our Japanese-speaking clientele. Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to promote loyalty and retention.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of sales strategies and initiatives.
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to make informed recommendations.
- Participate in industry events and networking activities to expand the company's reach and generate leads.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in Japanese, both written and spoken.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry, preferably with a focus on Japanese market.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a multicultural environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.
