Job Description:
Clean, Sanitize & Organize Production Room and surrounding areas inside and outside the facility.

Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
3:15pm to 12:00am or End of Production
$21.50/hr Starting Base Wage

Essential Functions:

• to clean and sanitize areas around the machinery all floors in the production room and other area inside and outside the facility.
• Responsible for all basic cleaning in and around assigned areas
• Monitor and maintains sanitation and organization of assigned areas
  -empty garbage in and around production areas and other areas as needed
• Operate box crusher/ make cardboard bales
• Stay aware of your surroundings and notify a supervisor if you recognize a hazard
• Perform non-routine cleaning and special projects, as needed

• Willingness to take on non-routine cleaning tasks and special projects.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Time management skills and able to prioritize tasks 

Physical and Environmental:

• Activities such as (but not limited to) walking, lifting, bending, stooping, reaching, grasping, pushing, pulling, twisting and turning.
• Constant movements (motions) of the wrists, elbows, hands and fingers are required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis and occasionally up to 80 lbs.
• Requires standing & walking for the entirety of the shift (minus break/rest periods).
• Subject to temps ranging from 30 degrees to 50 degrees constantly.
• Subject to noise levels higher than 85 decibels, so hearing protection is required to be worn.
• Subject to (but not limited to) moving mechanical parts, machinery, forklifts, pallet jacks, and wet/damp environment.
• Work in areas with unpleasant odors
• Exposure to chemicals is minimal.
• Exposure to food seasonings and additives is likely.
• Must follow all JBS safety policies and procedures.
• Necessary PPE will be provided.
